Our Policies

• The Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast is a small, independent property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. 
• For reservations, you may use our secure on-line reservation  service on our website.  You may also call us at 715-600-6201.  A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation and a one-night deposit will be taken at time of reservation with any remainder charged at check-in. We accept Visa, Discover or Mastercard. 
• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 10 (ten) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), we will refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee per room in your reservation. No shows will be charged in full.
• *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, weddings, multiple room bookings, EAA and for some other special events.
• Open all year. Weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.
• Self check-in:  Anytime after 3:30 PM.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
• Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Out of consideration for all of our guests, children 10 and older are welcome at all times. Whole house reservations welcome children of all ages.
• No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.
• Fees are based on double occupancy. Special situations may allow for an additional guest, and will be charged an additional $25 per person, per night and must be discussed with the innkeeper upon reservation.
• Reservations are confirmed by email and with a deposit of first night’s from a valid  credit card.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and  Discover.  All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Reservation balance is due and payable upon arrival.
• Government rates, business rates, and extended stay rates available. Inquire.
